Meet The Advisory Governing Board Council

The National Personal Asset Acquisition Scheme (NAPAAS), is a Public Private Partnership initiative, born out of the need to cater for the welfare of our Ex-servicemen, Ex-paramilitary and other pension group, was established to address all the needs and concerns expressed above and more.

Presently a legal practitioner with Nurul Ain law chambers Rabah Road Kaduna as the Principal Partner.

Had earlier made a career in the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA as a pioneer cadet officer and held numerous and various command positions which includes State Commander, Zonal Commander, Assistant Director Investigations and National Director of Investigations 2001 to 2006.

Qualifications

Has Degree in law LLB ( Hons) from the University of Sokoto 1986, Masters Degree in International Relations and Strategic studies from the Lagos State University Lasu 2004 .

A Member of many National professional Associations .

WILLIAMS has over 33 years experience covering Engineering, Strategy, Merger & Acquisition, Product and Market development, General Management and Board level service.

WILLIAMS has over 33 years experience covering Engineering, Strategy, Merger & Acquisition, Product and Market development, General Management and Board level service. He has proffered bespoke Information Technology solutions to local and trans-border clients on complex and transactional challenges, Steered Corporate/Commercial Transactions, Regulatory and Compliance Issues, patent, trademark, copyright, database protection and corporate governance for several organizations. He joined Chams as a Youth Corper and with dint of hard work, rose through the ranks to become the Group Managing Director in 26 years. He led the Chams Team that project managed deployment the Bank Verification Number (BVN) platform and many more systems in his career. He left Chams in 2019 and had been into Farming and Private IT consulting and practice. His company, Newwaves Ecosystem Ltd had just introduced Africa’s first audio-video web conferencing application called konn3ct (pronounced ‘connect’) He is presently the National Chairman, Publicity, Events and Trade Services of Nigeria Computer Society. He is happily married with Children
